Initial D street stage help -cso cannot load 3.03 oe c

Hi, I have compressed a iso image of initial d street rage wich was 1.10gb and it has compress to 600mb. I am running 3.03oe c and i the game comes up on the menu and loads the background image and song. After loading the game it just sits at a black screen then i get a "The game could not be started" ####### message. How can i fix this? Please help!
