Insert Disk 2

    Searched but could not find any hits. Where can I get a file or picture to add at the end of Disk 1 which tells me to Insert Disk 2?

    Actually you can make that yourself. It's quit easily actually. Just use a good program to make it. If you don't want to make one yourself, I have found one picture. The link is below.
