I'm trying to back up Inside man to a DVD-R using Slysoft AnyDVD and cloneDVD. when i finish the burning process, and put it into a DVD player, there is this strange commentary that narrates exactly EVERY thing that happens. it is really annoying and isn't present on the normal DVD. I know that it isn't the commentary, ecause it is a different voice. i also rented the same movie from netflix and had the same problem. thanks for your help..
When you go to rip uncheck the 2 channel audio and only keep the 5.1. You have the Directors Comments running through the movie which are always 2 channel. If your standalone player has an audio button try choosing the 5.1 with it and you should get the sound. It does not matter if you do not have surround/home theater your TV will demux the 5.1 down to stereo.
