i had nero 6 se in my cpu but tried to upgrade to nero 7 via a demo download,the download failed to install so i tried to revert back to nero 6 se but when i try this it wont allow it as it says there is currently another install in progress but i have tried to remove all program files related to nero and tried to reinstall nero 6 but it aint happnin.in add or remove progs im told there is another install that should be completed before i can go on(not so)and i deleted everything in program files but it comes back when i log on to my cpu again??? im a bit thick so any help would be greatly appreciated
Go to the nero website or look here for nero clean tools for both versions(6 and 7). This will eliminate all traces of these programs and then reinstall. You shouldn't have any problems after.
