I installed a Qoob chip they way it's ment to be and It seems its not getting power to where its ment to be getting power.

Where the 5V wire goes I had alot of troble getting it on because it would not stick to it and I started skaching that point so bear metal shows. You just skacking the top copper layer off a bit. (I think I stuff somethng up on GameCube console motherboard were the 5V wire goes.)

What do you's think I did because I have no qlue?

Unpluged all the wires for the chip from the GameCube and it works fine now. I think I will pay someone I know to get it installed.
