Install Shield-ikernel Problem!!!

I'm trying to get rid of this things called SAGEM,it was my old modem program bu now I have wireless.When I try and uninstall it this is what comes up:



Please Help Me!

Good to see you again buddy,

That could mean that you have deleted items from the C:/Program Files/SAGEM/Uninstall as the system cannot find the file needed.

If thats the case, tell us, if not try the following:

Try re-installing 1)iKernel & 2)re-registering files manually:

1) http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108497

2) http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108199

I haven't deleted any of the files and I've already tried no.1-re-installing ikernel.But I've just tried the second one you said and this is what happened:
