Installation of THEBOX

Hi All,

Could anybody confirm installation of THEBOX, previously had NTL & by using grey converter box (provided with ntl box) could receive analogue channels, which I could transfer to TV upstairs, now unfortunately cannot, please help!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in south wales, not sure what software i'm running at the moment, just a little confused why I cannot receive the box upstairs via 4 way booster box, previously had no problems with NTL!
