installation problems.

    I get a "file not found" when I try to run the VobSub Configure program. et a tersenote telling me that vobsub.dll cannot be found.


    Not being sherlock holmes, I'm kind of stuck, since i have no idea what or where vobsub.dll is or where it might be found.
