    1. Goto Control Panel
    2. Goto System (click on the "Classic Interface" if you see it)
    3. Goto the Hardware Tab
    4. Click Device Manager
    5. Expand the entry titled "DVD/CDROM Drive"
    6. Right click on the cddrive and click "Uninstall"
    7. Reboot and install the correct drivers

    hi

    are you using nero?

    READ THIS!

    http://www.nero.com/en/index.html#c1023694368810

Bootmenu Nero/Iomega Software With the help of this bootmenu it is possible to choose between Nero and IOmega software during the bootup. The startup files will disable the parts of the unused program(s). The bootmenu works only with Windows 9x and not with Windows ME or Windows NT/2000.

    download tool here!

    ftp://ftp6.nero.com/iomega.zip
