Is this a common problem? I had this problem before when I first installed this external drive. I found out that I had somehow installed something called "USB Toolkit" and when I finally found it I just deleted it and it worked fine. Does Nero install that also because I found it on my computer again and deleted it again but this time it's not working. If I open the disc in shrink it will show the name of the disc but it won't analyze. The drive won't even show up in Decrypter. Sometimes it doesn't even show up under "My Computer" w/ all my other drives. What gives? I would hate to have to uninstall Nero and re-install just to find out.
Well, looks like I jumped the gun again. Sorry guys. It seems to be working (for now). Before, the drive wouldn't even show up on 3 different drive/firmware tools. Now everything seems fine. I thought it might be because the disc was a Sony but my drive still should have shown up. Anyway, it worked in my internal drive so I doubt that could have been a problem.
