I love having my files all organized without any mess of unwanted files.

Everytime I install a new game or any other software I keep getting extra folders in My Documents folder. I was wondering if it's possible to re-direct them or completely remove them. I understand that most programs store logs and saves in them but I don't want it being placed in My Documents. What happens if I drag them elsewhere, would the program know it's been moved? Mostly likely it creates another folder and replaces it if it's missing.

yes it happened to everyone of us,yes its possible to remove or delete them but some folders there is related /connected to a game and if,u delete them, some times the game wont work, one good tip ,before trying to delete or move, back up first so that if u encounter a problem,u can easily re-copy and paste again,i mean restore,2ndly buy large capacity hdd and if u create a partition, pls make it 1 partition only so that all ur files is under one hdd,no more moving to and fro,ok goodluck

Oh yeah man no doubt it's easier to have all personal files in a separate hard-drive. That way when I reformat C:/ Drive I don't have to re-install all my games and transfer all my music/videos/documents.

So I guess there just isn't any way to re-locate those program files under my documents?

yup your right, anyway 2-3 partition has an advantage too(specially for defragmenting and scanning antivirus)compared to 1 partition defragmenting and scanning is longer.i like your style my friend, fully organized files makes your pc running smoothly as possible. me, i only create 1 partition,u can see 7 folders in C:/ ,my docs files, invidia files, program files & windows files, another 1 for installers , 1 for games and the last for music files,i have the back ups, totally delete my files when reformatting,i also defrag using UltimateDefrag(disktrix) evry 2-3 days,i dont wanna see reds blocks, disk clean-up thrice a week.yes u can relocate them anywhere u want to,its up to u your the boss except those unmovable windows files.
