Installing a new CPU on my laptop

    Hi I am about install a 2.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T7600 to my old Vaio SZ. This is the highest CPU chip that the motherboard would sustain without major problems (overheat, etc.)

    Could anyone advise on what thermal paste is the best considering that even with the old CPU, my Vaio gets extremely hot? I could see online several types of diamond pastes but am not convinced which one and why.
