When i try to launch the game, it says that "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_25.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Wat do i do?

I take it you've tried reinstalling the game and it still didn't work? If the problem won't go away I'd return it for a new disc - you may have a defective one.
