installing evox skins

i've had evox running with the original skin for quite some time and i want to change the skin. i created a "bios" folder on the c: and placed some skins in there, but when i select "change skins" in the evox menu, all it ever has it the original. i'd appreciate any help on the subject. also, is there any way to relocate the menu's or add moving pics (i.e. gif) images to it?

 

wtf, It should be "Skin" folder not bios folder.

 

what drive does the "skin" folder have to be in then?
