i recently bought a hp pavilion a1320n for my ftp server im running and i want to install 2 extra sata hard drive the problem is that i only got 1 internal 3.5 and it is in use.i got 2 free bays open a 3.5 external bay and a 5.25 external bay. i want to install 2 hard drives on those external bays, i did some research and i found out my only options is buying hard drive rails or a mobile rack hard drive case. but im not sure which to buy and which would be better of for me on one hand the moble rack has built in fan and can be useful to prevent overheating but on the other will it slow down the speed. or will it be faster if i rather just mount the hard drive with the rails?

this may sound funny, but Praetor (a mod who is never around, but is a pc guru) uses twist ties just to suspend them in place :)
