Installing Slayers and backing up

Hi
I have installed my new chip (xecuter 3) and flashed the BIOS and all that and now i am in the MS dashboard. I want to install slayers but i need to backup my game saves first but i don't know how to FTP from here-How do i do it?

To do what it says there i must install slayers and i can't do that becuase i'll loose all my data that i need to backup.

you dont lose your saves when u install it, it even tells you. u need to use the install/upgrade option in slayers. if u format it will take all your saves. i have installed on multiple systems
