Installing XBMC

Ok first of all i have XBMC downloaded and now i need every step i need to do...this is what my E/ and C/ drives on my xbox look ...now tell me what to do

 

what do you mean what to do, what is it you want to do?

 

put the xbmc folder that has all the files in it for xbmc into the e drive, make a folder called Apps if there isn't already one there then just put it in.

ok...i transfered all my files and the application isnt showing up in my dashboard...I think it might be something to do with my xboxmediacenter.xml and so i might need help with that...um some one help im nott sure what to do

 

i looked at XBMC site and it says i need Default.xbe and the downloads dont come with that...help thx

 

ok now i installed it as an application, how do i set it as a default dashboard
