intel gma 950 problem

    i brought a 1gb ram and i combied it wiv my 515mb ram my laptop is faster but my graphic card should 224mb but it is only 64mb and my vista rating is only 2.2

    i dont know wot wrung my friend laptop has got graphic card but wiv 1gb ram and vista has rated his 3.2

    so if i have sumin thing wrung plz tell me

    a hav a toshiba a100 596 wiv

    intel centrino duol core t2250 @1.73 ghz 1.73 ghz
    intel 945 gm chipset
    1.5gb ram
