I recently purchased Inter Video DVD Copy 2 from Harvey Norman - computer superstore, here in Sydney , and from some reason I could't install it properly on my HP Pavillion t680A ( P4, 3.0 Ghz, 160 GB HD, 512 SDRRAM).Although computer came factory shipped with others Inter Video softwares - Home Theater, DVD Creator and Win DVD 4 it was some sort of incompatibility.I always had message popped up that some dll. file missing.
I tried to return/exchange it at the shop where I purchased but they refused. So I 've sent original software back to Inter Video and they gladly exchanged it for DVD Copy 3 .
I really want to emphasise that Inter Video have excellent customer support.
Installed it on my PC without any problem , currently using it with DVD43 ( only to back up my own DVD's movie collection )and it is superb software.More than happy..

Inter Video Dvd Copy 3 - highly recommended....
    10 out of 10.

    Good to know & hear.

Just got mine around a month ago. I think Intervideo is located in Miami, Florida.

Intervideo dvdcopy 3 is second only to DVDRB/CCE in picture quality.IMO
Its a great program, the editing features leave much to be desired however.
