    hello boys and girls......

Ok well its a march 07' model to start. I have never had the red ring (but sometimes it would get it then id shut it off and right back on and it would work fine). About 3 moths ago my intercooler melted to my power cord and the power cord opening on the xbox. I have to rip the intercooler apart and the power cord and opening basicly. The power cord opening was clogged with a melted chunk of intercooler until i fixed it. About 1 month after that it got the e74 code randomly when i turned it on to play one morning. The av cables are not the problem there basicly brand new, but the case has never been opend fully. I say that because i had to open the front half of the plastic case when trying to fix the melted intercooler problem..

was wondering am i screwed...(well a friend anyways)
checked online and M$ will just send it back(nyko is not a official product)

The e74 error is usually either the cables or HANA video chip failure.Intercoolers are never a good idea. If MS won't cover it, id say you can look for a fix online somewhere or try and sell it cheap.

I would send it to MS, they don't really check the integrity of the console (apart from the warranty sticker).
