Internal PC DVD Burner

    I bought a DVD Burner like a few years ago. And I tryed to copy a file and then paste it on the drive and then write it to a disc. Like I can with my other drive but it just would say error. What can I do to fix this. Please Help!!!

    Go To > My Computer > Right Click on the ODD in question > Click Properties > Click on the Recording Tab. The "Enable CD Recording" box has to be checked in order to use the Drag-and-Drop feature you are referring to.

    If you are trying to burn DVD files, or any files for that matter, you are better of using a program such as ImgBurn to do your burning.

    Thanks, I am actual just burning files not movies. I use Convertx2dvd for movies. Thanks you answered my question.
