The img tags must be lower case. The ending tag must have the /img and be put inbetween the [ ] brackets.

Remember lower case. I am using the wrong brackets as an example:

{img}type url here{/img}

This is how it sould look but using the [ ] brackets instead of the {} brackets.

right click on the your sig i posted for ye,copy the http,go to ye profile install this in ye sig line,
but use lower case for the img like this..
