Hi, I'm having a problem i cannot use the internet as well as using the eurovox at the same time.I've checked all the cables and the splitter all fine.I put the eurovox on, fine, but can't get any internet.Turn the eurovox off and hey presto internet back on. Any ideas or is VM playing tricks ?
I know your said you splitter is fine but I had the same problem a while back and after buying a better quallity splitter cured the problem, also try swaping round the cables first see if that makes any difference.
Cheers for the responce, but,i changed all the cables just to make sure and still the same,i will get a new splitter,but last night will watching the television after having all saturday and sunday with no problems at 9pm the internet went off,no reported problems in the area (VM),turned the eurobox off and the internet came back on,turned the eurobox back on the internet went off.So i carried on watching the television and after 1 hour the internet came back on and stayed on for about 2 hours and then went off and stayed off all night,phoned VM no reported problems in the area.Could it be VM are sending poor signal's out to stop peeps using either the internet of the eutobox's ?Do you know of anybody else having the same probs ? I am in the Midlands.
