hi i am having trouble with connecting internet to my laptop, the internet is broadband and connects using a cable which links to the modem, it works fine when i connect the cable to my pc and the activity light on the modem flshes but when i can connect it to my laptop there is no response, my laptop is using vista and my modem is motorola surfboard cable modem sb5101e please help thanks
