my gran's web browser (internet explorer 6 ('aka'IE6)) stopped working suddenly and it will no longer start up. when i try to start it all that comes up is a dialoge box asking if i wish to send an error report. it wont tell me what the error is. any ideas appreciated.
I would suggest getting Firefox or IE7 on a usb drive and install it on her computer. IE6 is extremely vulnerable, I avoid it as much as possible.
