I tried it and HATED it!! Its a quick uninstall though, and puts you back to 6.0. Give it a shot if if you like. Something new is always nice to play around with, but I just wasnt a fan.

Thankz for your feedback guys. I went ahead and installed it. It doesn't display right and the slim tool bar is a gimick because when the classic menu is place back on it it is the same size as firefox. It does have some cool features although I think I will wait till it is complete.

I don't use it my mom does so the whole aesthetics not being quite right yet is a big issue. I use Mozilla-Firefox personally because its safer.

Its exactly like IE 7 beta 2 but I think its better because it seems to lead things faster. Sometimes better than Firefox. Firefox is still better though!

I use Opera 9.01 and IE7 RC1. I have no idea what RC (Release Candidate) means, but it's pretty cool. It has tabbed browsing and much better security than IE6. On the whole, it would have been better if MS had focused on performance more than appearance. The thing is a big system hog!
I also have McAfee Security Suite 2007, which blocks all pornographic ads..really! It also warns me when I visit sites known to 'contain malware', 'compromise PC security', 'make unauthorized changes to the client PC' etc.

In a nutshell, IE7 is good! I've had no security related problems with it so far. But so is Opera! It's free now, funny no one has mentioned it yet.
