Here I am, again, with more ignorant questions. Well it seems internet explorer hates me and wants me to die. Like just getting here was a challenge and maybe posting this won't work. Now before you think it's a problem with my connection, it's not I've checked everything as far as that goes. But anyways, going to afterdawn.com took many retries because IE just didn't feel like cooperating and refused to load the page and gave me the old "The page cannot be displayed." Also known as "Cannot find server." Now you know damn good and well the server isn't malfunctioning, and neither is my connection, that makes me think. Hmmm IE is a douche! Now if that's too vague just let me know! Anyone else, PLEASE HELP! This is so bloody annoying I can't get anything done! Thanks in advance!
Oh and if this helps, refresh is just a fond thought in this case, it just doesn't do anything to help so I have to completely close IE and try again and hope that it works.
Booger, Stop using IE and download something like Firefox or Maxthon or any number of the other free browsers. Personally, i perfer Maxthon.
Alright, now I'm just covering all my bases so forgive me if I seem aprehensive. What is the significant advantages of having Firefox or Maxthon vs IE? I hate IE indeed, but is that reason enough to tell it to fusk right off? All I need is conclusive evidence suggesting I change browsers. I've contemplated the change before but thought IE is still the most widely accepted browser, now what would make me think otherwise? Which is more reliable and won't pull the shit that IE is? Thanks again!
All of the IE series are rubbish. Their security/ popupblocking etc is useless and it is the most rigid progrma ever. You want firefox. It uses tabbed bowsing (unless you have IE7 which ripped it off and i think IE7 had spyware in it first off LOL), has a built in pop up blocker, has a wide range of plugins available for it, provides regualr easy to install updates and is v customizable. I personally do not like Maxthon but whatever. Now, watch the language please.
