i have just found out that my microsoft internet explorer has been hijacked by an out source.my isp just suggested i use mozilla which i am doing but this still does not solve the problem of how do i get rid of this hijacker. i have run adaware/spybot norton antivirus/internet security but no luck.is it possible to uninstall IE, if so how is this done. or is there some other way to solve this and can they use any info i put into m ycomputer.
um i used a program called hyjackthis it is really powerfull if the hijacker trys to change your homepage it will block it and you can use it to keep it at like google.ca and it also deletes viruses very handy and is 200 kb but there is another which is called spyferret isnt as popular and you have to hack a serial code if you get it try like 51991 53991 54991 or something in the 50000's until one works when you get one you have to type it in each time hope this helps
