internet explorer

    could someone please solve my problem when i start my laptop it just comes up internet exploer has stopped working .if i go on firefox it just says the same

    you may have a virus. Try scanning your computer and see what happens??

    THANKS BOREHAN JUST SCANED AV GOT VIRUS GOT AVAST WORKING ON IT NOW THANKS AGAIN
