Did some searching and finding bits and pieces so need to ask outright...
My download speed is around 1.4 meg. I go to watch-movies and
start to watch a movie. I am not downloading the movie, just watching it live. I believe they are sfw files.
The movie starts to play, then freezes. I pause and see the player bar has caught up with the download. So I wait awhile, then play movie again, and it freezes again. This happens most all of the time.
Do I need to make a change on my PC to overcome this problem?

No, you may need a faster internet connection.
This problem indicates that the data is not being downloaded fast
enough to keep up with the playback, and the buffer is running out.

that's what i thought, but 1.4 meg is high speed. i may try speedex accelerator. i do agree with what you're saying, of what it's doing.
