jmc318- I don't know if it's the best way ! but here's a couple ways of doing it ! If you have Roxio( EASY CD & DVD CREATOR 6 PLATINUM)0R one of the newer version you can go to Creator Classic and using the data format -drag the files /clips you want to the bottom window -from their original folder the go to left corner of your screen and click on file and click on file when the file window opens up click on create disc image . A window will open up asking you to name your disc image (like you are saving a file ) type in the name and click save and your disc image will beging being created . when you have a disc image ( ISO. file) you can either use Creator classic again going to file and clicking on record from disc image then selectthe Iso file you just created proceed from there . Or you can Go to DVD BUILDER in EASY CD & DVD CREATOR 6 and then agian click on file in the upper left hand corner click on burn from disc image select your Iso file and then your burn project window will open amd you can select the type of disc you want to make dvd vcd or svcd ,Disc speed ect. then click on OK and your DVD - SVCD (SUPER VIDEO CD) OR (VCD = VIDEO CD) will begin burning! after your disc finalizes click on ok and you disc will eject ! you can now play your Dvd (CLIP MOVIE) in your player. You could also use DVD builder and click on import files and import your files into your project (DVD) and then click on the burn icon at the bottom right hand of you screen and DVD builder will begin encoding your files into DVD format video ( WMV video sems to work best) and then you wait cause doing it this way is like using DVD shrink (because of it encoding it takes a while) when it finishes encoding it burns you disc) dvd svcd vcd and their you are - the first version is faster and allows you to fit more on your disc the second is slower and becuase of how Roxio is set up when you use dvd builder your files appear larger in your project than they actually are! I realize that you and other members may not have Roxio(easty CD creator) or like the program (many use Nero BURNING ROM) but this is how I do it and the program I use ! hope i was of some help my friend jmc318 and as always PEACE & Happy BURNING!
