i have media one. the dvdcopy 3 seems to be frozen on clone . clicking on file shows no hiighlighted options have uninistalled and installed a number of times but still doesn't. emails to intervideo have not been answered. is there some way i can get this off clone.
yes on the left handside where it says tasks underneath select whatever it is you want to do,file will not highlight unless you have something saved,or you have done a project and want to save it,then it will be highlighted hope this helps?

update ,cfrankkey i uninstalled and reinstalled and got it to work BUT i happened to get a disc when i bought the program
if you search about IC3 or IC4 you'll find that it has so many issues that it had to be dump by many people(i'm one of those people). my advise forget it about it.
