Also have a look at http://www.collectorz.com/movie it has one for movies and one for music. Insert cd and it reads it along with album artwork. For movies insert title hit next it gathers all info along with thumbnails of the front & back of the case. They both are simple to use and provide all the info i'll ever need. Cost isn't to bad either.
