Hi everyone my name is Cheryl and this is actually my first time at this website. All of you seem so informative and I am hoping you can help me. I purchased a 2gb micro sd card for my son's phone. He downloaded some songs into my laptop and they are playing fine in iTunes. I am trying to transfer them to the card and I am being told that the card is not formatted and asks if I want to, I say yes and it looks like it starts and then it says that it can't be done. So I don't know what to do there. Also when I move the iTunes file to the my music file it changes it to a text file. Again I don't know what to do. I hope someone can help me because I want him to be able to listen to his music when he goes to San Diego. Thanks in advance for your help.
