it does have some marks, nothing too major, i bought this phone from a friend around 5months ago for £300!

i have already took the photos, i just cant be bothered to upload them at the moment!

this hasnt been upgraded to 3.1.3 and the reason being it cannot be jailbroken at 3.1.3 (as far as im aware anyways) so any more information on anything, PM me or just ask !!
