My question is is it possible to get a verizon sim card and do the unlock the iphone hack and use the verizon card would it work? Im not sure the verizon sim is a gsm network but it sure sounds possible. and YES they do have verizon sim cards in older phones. thanks again.
Some of the older Verizon phones and their global phones can run on CDMA and GSM networks, so in theory you could throw a global Verizon sim card in it and it should work...if you unlock it.
ok, so if you inlock the Iphone, find a global sim card, and put it into the phone, the Iphone's software isn't going to just run it. there is going to have to be some software mods.
I had the same question. I have the world edition blackberry and i was thinking i could take the sim card out of that and download the hack. What do you guys think?
