hi im having some trouble getting my ipod to work, it will not turn off and is also making a funny sound as if it constantly loading but after about 5 minutes it stops and goes to a "do not disconnect" screen with Disk Mode at the top, iv connected it to my computer but staight away i get a error message that says unrecognisable USB, i have loaded itunes up but cant get my ipod to load onto it and also on the computer but again cant get into my ipod to restore it. can anyone please help.
