HELP im most surely my ipod is bricked I turn on my ipod and get that error telling me to restore using itunes but itunes doesnt reconize my ipod.... I have reformated it as well but sitll no luck... I screwed up something with the sysinfo file and i dunno what to do. HELP
Did you reformat it with a formatting tool or with the iPod Updater? I'm not sure what deleting the sysinfo folder would do specifically. It could be good in the sense that it is just a folder, but it may contain information like the serial number, which is unique to the iPod, which would be bad.
yeah the file has all your ipod info on it im really screwed My ipod still works though i just reformated it and itunes reconized it.
