Right my ipod only lasts about 8 hours now. If i plug it in to charge, when it is fully charged and you see the full battery, will it affect the battery status if i leave it plugged in whilst it shows the full battery ? The same with my speakers, if it charges in them whilst theyre plugged into the mains. When it reaches full charge, will it affect the ipod if i leave it in the speakers with the mains on ? Thanks
See the answer to your question at the iPod battery FAQ http://www.ipodbatteryfaq.com/#14 It seems that it's not possible to overcharge the iPod battery. Also, found these guys in the UK who do iPod replacement batteries http://www.myboombox.co.uk/ipod-battery-replacement/ if the battery isn't holding it's charge any more.
