I've recently been having problems converting my Avi's for the ipod as the audio seems to go out of sync.I converted some 1/2 hour Tv shows which convert fine but films go out of sync.I found a good converter which is free which keeps the audio in sync perfect and has no ads. well anything thats free gonna have adds, however Videora is good if you are not connected to the interned it still work without the adds, this the best program out there, also i heard the new handbreak for pc works great, i know it use to be a mac only but they now put it out for the pc as well, try one of them, also consider installing a plugin pack most of the time sync issues comes from bad pluggins. i had my share of out of sync video.
