Ipod Cucusoft Converter Software

    Hello Everyone. I recently purchased this software and i like it very easy but there is a problem that is really driving me nuts. I open the folder for the converted file when it is done to drag it into i tunes or open i tunes and select add to library. but... NOTHING happens it dosent show up in my library, the main folder in my documents, nothing how am i supposed to put it on my ipod if it will not appear in Itunes? if i knew this was going to happen i would have kept my 500 dollars help please :)

    o a little extra info. i converted a Mpeg file into Mp4

    Did you rename the file after it was converted??? Don't rename it.Also when it is down converting make sure the file is an mpeg4 file. Go to itunes and click file add file to library and choose your file. it should import. then go to movies, it should be there. I have pq to dvd ipod converter much easier than cucusoft.
