I have used DVDFab Platinum for over 2 years now and haven't had a problem before when I converted DVDs to Ipod files. The file is .mp4 just as it always has been, but now I am getting a message that the video format is no longer supported by Ipod; when I try to sync the Ipod. The movies will play in Itunes but will not sync with my 160GB Ipod. If anyone knows what is going on or what I am doing wrong, please let me know.
I figured it out, the Viedo Dim: were 720X540 so i guess that itunes doesn't like it. So i have changed the Dim. setting in DVD Fab and fixed it.
