Can anyone help please. I have just bought an ipod Nano and all i get on the screen is the apple logo. I have followed the reset instructions by holding the centre button and the menu simultainiously and i do get the apple logo but it will not do anything after this. Any help is gratefully appreciated Julian
if you got the ipod from Apple is time to take it back. i recently bought a 2 gen 32gb touch and it was freezing allot i had to keep restoring it, i took it back got a new one, no more problems, if you didn't get it from apple. then the instruction you got we're correct, hold menu + center this will reset the ipod, once the ipod turns off, hold the play + center button until u see a check on the ipod's screen, this will put Ur ipod in recovery mode. you can now hook it to itunes and restore it. good luck
