I had some videos on my desktop and dragged them on to my ipod root. Now i had a virus on my computer at the time so instead of going through the hassle of getting anti-virus software I dragged the videos onto my ipod root. Installed windows xp again and after i plugged in my ipod and tried to drag my videos onto my desktop i get some messages like something has been altered cannot movfe file or something like that. When i put the videos on my ipod i dragged the whole folder over. Do i need to drag the whole folder again or can I do it by individual movies so it goes quicker.
try dragging the whole folder back to the desktop if it does not work that mean when you were copying the folder to the ipod it didnt completed the copying process and the file might be damage.
