Ok, I know this is a simple question but the name of the program just slipped my mind. I lost my CD that I got when I bought my iPod Nano and I can't think of the name, Could someone help me remember? Plus is this freeware?

There are two things on the disc and they are both free. The first is the iPod Updater, which you need on your computer for the iPod to work with iTunes. That can be found here:
    http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/

The second is iTunes, which can be found here:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

It is freeware and is probably the easiest way to use your iPod.

So If I download and install these two prgrams there is no need for the CD I misplaced?

No need for the CD whatsoever. Those are the exact two things it contains.
