I have a 30GB video ipod and I just baught the iPod Radio Remote for it, directions tell me to go to Music>Radio and thats it. but when I go to Music I dont see the radio tab...I tried re-insalling itunes and my ipod with the new software updates as requested in other ipod help sites, but it still wont work,.. I have tried hooking the iPod Radio Remote in my ipod nano and it works, but why wont it work with my video ipod? Can someone help?
The "radio" feature is not in the music store, it is on the left side of iTunes and it is the one above the music store. If you cant find it there, then go to edit, prefferences, and click on the parental control, and see if the radio is dissabled. Hope this helps!
