My iPod has been freezing up lately and it's battery isn't lasting nearly as long as it should be, probably in part because it's almost 2 years old. I have a 3 year warranty with Best Buy so I had my dad take it in and tell them what's wrong with it. Has anybody ever gone through this process before, and will they send it to Apple. Will they most likely send me a new one. I've heard stories of how reliable Apple is and that they almost always replace it with a brand new one.
they will probably send you a new one, apple is very reliable when it comes to the warranty process, so keep your fingers cross.
