Hello i had an shuffle for about a week now . and for some reason the itunes or the ipod updater can recognize My shuffle shows on my computer as a storege device but when i try to open it it gives me an error. is there a way to fix this aslso do not tell me toRESTORE IT CUZ I TRYIED A THOUSAND TIMES AND IT DOSNET WORK IT WILL FREEZE THE UPDATER WHEN I TRY!!!
