I went out an' found an iPod shuffle, the original one, second hand at the pawnbrokers, but it didn't come with an installation cd. (Probably why it was so cheap) I have the latest version of iTunes and I am running Windows Xp. Any suggestions on where on can get my hands on the software I'm after?
download the newest version of iTunes and quick time and connect it to your computer that should be all u need to do unless your usb port is bad it should show up as new hardware at least
Already tried. I got iTunes from Apple.com, and Quicktime has updated itself to the latest version. I think it might be wrecked. . .
Sounds like it. If there was a way to get the shuffle into disk mode you could mount it, but the shuffle does not support being put into disk mode. Try a hard reset of the shuffle besides that your out of luck
