Ipod Shuffle

    I got an ipod shuffle and after about a month i connected it to a set of speakers.
    Since that (1)it is not recognised in itunes, (2)when its plugged in to charge it stops charging after 3 minutes & (3)the volume is very loud and distorted.

    Anybody know how this can be fixed ??

    Return it it is defective. It shouldn't do any of the above.

    Try the Apple express lane or bring it to the closest retailer.
